SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS
COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Shipments are made by the courier TNT and delivery is made within 24 to 48 hours from the time of shipment (excluding holidays) to Italy and in 3-4 business days to Europe.
The cost of shipments in Italy is free in Europa is € 25.00, while to the rest of the world is of € 60 * and delivery is made in about 4-5 working days (not accounting for possible customs delays).
* the cost of shipping are excluded customs duties and import taxes variables and the prices will change according to the rules of the TNT
In the case of orders associated with promotions with coupon/discount voucher, the shipping time may be increased up to 4 days extra .
Coman srl is not responsible for any delay due to customs controls and operations, or force majeure beyond the control of Coman srl.
We would like to remember to customers that Coman srl can require to the bank or Paypal to verify the transaction, even contacting the bank counterparty directly .
Such verification may cause some delay in shipping your order.
ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE SHIPMENT
Orders for items already available are shipped on the first working day following that on which the order was placed .
During the sales or promotions shipments may take longer .
In all cases, Historic reserves the right to delay dispatch if events with force majeure.
Shipping > Tracking Shipping
When your order is despatched , customers receive an e-mail from Coman srl with the tracking number and a link to track the progress of the shipment.
In the event of delays due to the customs offices , customers will be contacted directly by the carrier .
Shipping > Order Delivery
Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to inspect the package carefully before affixing a signature proof of delivery of the shipment.
Coman srl are carefully packed in a clear plastic wrap with personalized tape placed around the package.
If for any reason the package is tampered with or if the tape is not intact, customers are asked to sign the receipt, subject, or to refuse delivery.
In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to report the incident immediately to the carrier and contact customer service.
All customers who place an order establishing a business relationship with Coman srl and therefore undertake to accept delivery of your package. If the parcel is not delivered for reasons dependent on the client (wrong address, recipient absentee , phone number incorrectly, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping charges and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund due to the customer .
Shipment > Shipment Insurance
Coman srl shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment arrives at destination insurance becomes invalid .
The shipping within the EU are not subject to import taxes. Shipments outside the European Union are subject to import taxes, can not be calculated at the time of purchase and therefore excluded from the cost of shipping and the customer.
In the case of refused delivery or fail to deliver within 5 working days because of repeated inability to deliver to the address specified by the customer when the order, the products ordered will be sent back at the warehouse Coman srl. and any shipping cost charged to Coman srl will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.
Right of withdrawal of customer
Pursuant to art. 64 Legislative Decree no. N.206/2005 , the customer who has the status of a consumer has the right to terminate the contract of purchase for any reason, without explanation and without penalty, within the terms and in the manner indicated in subsequent articles .
To exercise the right of withdrawal to which the customer must request within 14 days of customer service , once received such notice will be quickly communicated to the client instructions on how to return , if they are accepted, assigning a unique code to RMA ( retourn Merchandise Authorization) for the return of/the product/s.
The customer will receive an authorization email from Coman srl shipping department, containing the courier waybill. The pick up will be booked through TNT Call Center. The returned item must be received by Coman srl srl within 10 days of receipt of notice referred to RMA. For this purpose, the date of delivery to the courier will be considered.
Returns can only be requested by the holder of the order, and performed at the same address used for shipping.
The product purchased must be returned undamaged, unused, it washed or otherwise altered complete with all its parts, bearing the control card related to it, the seals warranty ( adjustable closure, label and irreversible) intact and not tampered with and in the original packaging (including the original packaging and boxes, and any accessory equipment, such as, for example, dustbags, and cover clothes hangers ). To limit damage to the original packaging, it is recommended to put it in another box on which to affix the label provided by Historic Coman srl showing the RMA number ( return authorization code ) should be avoided in all cases the position of label or tape directly on the original product packaging.
The shipping costs for returning the product are varied according to the reasons for returning the product ordered by the customer at the customer site
a. The shipping costs for returning the product shall be borne by Historic Coman srl ONLY for the first change (size/color, and for defective garments), depending on the availability of the stock of the product in the size/color requirements, or to refund. Shipments to replace the article are free if the customer is located within the Italian territory.
b . The shipping costs for returning the product outside the Italian territory and the European Union are charged to the customer also will not be reimbursed for the cost of delivery to the customer and any other incidental expenses and/or fees indicated at the time of order process.

b. 3 – The shipping costs for returning the product from a Country outside Europe are € 70,00*

c. The expedition, until the certificate of receipt in the warehouse of Coman srl, is under the responsibility of the customer .
The right of withdrawal applies only to product purchased in its entirety, it is possible to return only on one or more parts of the product purchased. In the case of orders consisting of multiple products, will be able to exercise the withdrawal for one or more products of the order , specifying the description of the products you intend to return , in completing the form , pursuant to art. for the right of withdrawal.
In case of damage to the product when traveling, Coman srl will inform the customer (within 5 working days of receipt of the product in their stores) , to enable him to file a timely complaint against the carrier or carrier of his choice and obtain a refund of the product value (if insured), in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for the return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal.
Coman srl is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of the products.
Upon arriving in stores at Historic Coman srl, the product will be inspected for any damages not caused by transport. If the packaging and/or packaging are damaged, Coman srl will deduct from the refund due to a percentage not exceeding 10 % of the value of the product itself, as a contribution towards the costs of restoration, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
Without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original packaging, Coman srl will reimburse the customer for the amount already paid for the purchase of the product within 14 days of his return. In the case of payment by credit card, by following the transfer of the amount charged booby credit card or by bank transfer. In the latter case, the Buyer shall promptly provide to the bank on which will be directed refund ( ABI -CAB- Cod IBAN – account number and bank’s support of the bill).
The customer forfeits his opportunity to exercise the right of withdrawal, for lack of the essential integrity of the product (or packaging and / or its contents), where Coman srl finds:
The partial use of the product and any accessories;
The lack of the outer packaging, inner original;
Tampering and wear of seals;
The absence of product components;
The absence of a control card attached to the product;
Damage to the product for reasons other than transportation.
In such cases, the products remain in storage at the warehouse of Historic Coman srl to the customer to withdraw his burden and expense.
If for any reason customers are not satisfied with their purchase, unused item can be returned for size exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
In order to be authorised to return an item, customers must send a request to email@example.com indicating the code of the items they wish to return and the desired kind of compensatio: change size, Store Credit or refund. Once we receive their return request, HISTORIC -BRAND will send a written confirmation containing the Return Authorization Number (RAN ) to customers.
The refund must be made with the carrier specified in the email sent by COMAN SRL . The Return Authorization Number must be written on the bill of lading, which must be completed as indicated in the e- mail address of the authorization received from the department Returns SPECIAL ONE SRL ( The Courier will bring a consignment note at the time of withdrawal of the package ) .
The return shipping will be FREE .
The customer can choose from 3 types of compensation :
It is possible to change for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available, but not for a different item.
There is only one free return for each item.

can not be combined with any other Store Credit
must be used entirely in one order of equal or greater value
Refunds will be processed as soon as we complete the receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned article.
For orders paid with a credit card the amount refunded will be available to customers in approximately 14 days, and will be visible on the next card statement . Timing may vary slightly depending on the banking system of the credit card used . We’ll keep the 10% of the cost of the garment and the shipping cost.
For orders paid by Paypal or bank transfer, the amount will be returned to the original account .
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase . Any differences in the amount due to the fluctuation of the exchange rate can not be refunded .
